Possible false positive

This morning I took a test, and it’s positive 😁, but I have a UTI and I am on antibiotics. Is there a chance a UTI and meds could cause a false positive? I have been on clomid for 5 months and chose this month to take a break, but figured since it was day 36 with no period, I better take a test.
