Fitbit inspire HR
I got a Fitbit inspire today to help me guide my workouts at the gym. I was wondering how accurate it is for heart rate? My resting heart rate has been staying between 82/86 and while riding down the road my heart rate randomly shot up to 134. Wondering if I should return the Fitbit or call a doctor?
