My coworker is crazy....

My coworker and I usually have lunch together but today we didn’t. Her eyes were bloodshot, she had a sore throat, watery eyes, cough and stuffy nose for the past two days. I didn’t hang out in her office as much as usual because I can’t afford to get sick. We work in a gym that is commission based, if you don’t show up to work you lose pay each time. I told her I rather have lunch on my own earlier in the day and she kept begging me to eat with her like we usually do. Then lunch time rolls around and she says let’s get lunch I need a break from work. We ended up taking separate cars because she’s sick and didn’t want me to catch what she has. We agreed to meet at the mall but once she arrived I told her I couldn’t make it, my moms car broke down and she needed my help immediately. I texted her that and then she said “Oh okay I hope everything’s okay” then 30 minutes pass and she texts me again saying “In all honesty I don’t believe your moms car broke down but it’s ok.” I explained to her that mothers car has been having issues for awhile now and if she doesn’t believe me that’s fine. Then she says how she feels like she can’t trust me, calls me fake and then left work early before closing at 9pm so that l would get stuck doing all the work on the computer. She texted or called our manager making up an excuse to leave early and had a big smile on her face. She was very rude about the entire situation and deleted me off fb, which was surprising because she’s been nice up until today. I just feel like she’s being very over the top over lunch for someone that’s 29 years old. She should be able to have lunch on her own one day without it causing problems idk if I should reach out or just not contact her at all because she was beyond rude.
