Postpartum weight loss
So I am 3 months pp on the dot. Began exercising at 6 weeks pp. Breastfeeding/pumping regularly. And the scale is just not budging. My diet isnt terrible. I believe i am eating less than i was during pregnancy, but i am not hungry. I eat the same thing every day minus dinner. It is the same food I ate prepregnancy.
I workout about 4 to 5x per week.
2 full body strength training days with bodyweight, kettlebells, and trx.
(2) 30 minute cycling days-- 1 minute and 3 minute intervals.
(1) running day with a goal of 30 minutes total of running -- this time doesnt include any breaks.
Days off i take the dog for a 2 mile walk.
My strength and cardio have improved. The first month I could see my body changing. My muscles were toning back up from an almost 2 month hiatus. But now I am at a loss. I know i am only 3 months pp, but the weight just doesnt seem to be budging. Is this common for breastfeeding moms? When did you start experiencing a break from your plateau? Prepregnancy, the weight would fall off of me if I did a program like this.
