What do you think?

So I got my first positive opk according to glow on Sunday CD 11. I got a peak on CD12. Do you think I ovulated on the 13th and my temp on the 12th was a fluke? That day my husband woke up at 4am to go workout so I woke up but laid in bed until 530 when I normally temp. And kissed him and said I love you when he left. So could that have made it go up so high on my peak day? Fertility friend tells me i haven’t ovulated yet according to my bbt chart but everything else points to CD13.
