How to get rid of acne

So my skin has always been acne free, I’ve stuck to a skin care routine for years, same dash wash, same toner, same moisturizers etc, but back in March I had a formal to go to and I used a different makeup then I would normally use and my face broke out like crazy and has not cleared up since. It’s all cystic acne, and it’s around my mouth, nowhere else. I’ve stuck to the same skin care, tried using no makeup, went back to using my normal everyday makeup, nothing is working.
