I use opk and track bbt they help back each other up so I see the opk bd and watch the raise after ovulation that confirms it did happen. You may have ovulated cd7 but not 100% sure. You may still be before ovulation. Good luck and baby dust.

You should have a pretty significant drop in bbt when ovulating. Usually by 0.5 degree or more. I think you are getting close those. I highly recommend ready Taking Charge of Your Fertility! It is very detailed on everything!

My mom is a nurse and she says it's hard to read your BBT until after you have been tracking it for a few months. If you're using it to track ovulation and get pregnant OB's recommend you track it for a year. By then you should see a pattern.
