My baby girl is 5 mths old EBF and for the past 3 days she has been having frequent green poopy diapers. Not firm or runny just soft, no mucous.

What could be causing this. Her little butt is so red and sore. I have been applying desitin after every diaper change.

Also, her poops have always been a yellow color, the green is new. She isn’t eating baby food yet. She does have rice cereal from time to time and the last time she had it was Thursday. Thanks ladies!
