Back/Neck stress pain
I've had upper back/neck pain for a few years now.. It aches, and there's always tension like I constantly need to "pop" something. I'm pretty sure it's from stress and possibly bad posture since I'm a grad student who spends most of her time at a desk. I've been okay just living with it and trying to manage my stress, but recently it seems to have gotten a lot worse. I was thinking of maybe going to a chiropractor? Has anyone had luck with a chiropractor or know any remedies for this "stress" pain? Thanks in advance, ladies!
