IUI 9/6 with HCG trigger 9/4 & BFP

I took 10,000 units HCG 9/4, <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on 9/6. So 18 days post trigger. Tested on day 12-18 post <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and all positive pregs. Anyone else with this experience? Could I finally be pregnant?
