Does this look normal for a breastfed baby? They’ve been more runny lately and I was just wondering if it was normal. I also believe I may have an overactive letdown because baby gulps fast when my milk does let down. He never comes off the breast he just gulps and milk dribbles out of his mouth too. So would you say this is normal or a product of an overactive letdown? Also, do the symptoms of overactive letdown and diary intolerance overlap? He’s got some congestion at night only, he spits up a ton, and has diapers that are runny.
