Y'all I need tips and tricks.

So I gave birth on September 1st my milk came in great and was great I was getting about 4-8oz a day pumping. And feeding on demand every 3 hrs but then starting at day 15 my milk supply dipped a lot I can't even get a 1/4 of an oz out of both and I can't barely keep up feeding him I am struggling so bad I was hungry like crazy when I first had him and now nothing tastes good looks good or smells good and it's making me even more stessed! I'm afraid I'll have to formula feed. 😭😭
