When to test??

Hi, my names Cassie and I am a serial tester. It's horrible for my emotions and my pocket $$$. I'm 12 DPO, should I test?? Do you wait until glow tells you to test?? I am new to glow so I was not sure if glow tells you when to test. Thanks 😊 Also, I have not had much symptoms but was curious if elevated body temperature is a symptom? I feel hot all the time and I am not sick.
