Inducing my labor ??

Does anyone have any tips on how to naturally get labor started ? Im 38 weeks and have been having false labor contractions but that's it . I'm so ready to have my girl ☹️ has anyone successfully induced their labor ? If so I'd like to know how lol

Nope. I've tried many things and I'm now 11 days past due. Babies come when they're ready.

I’m almost 40 weeks and nothing, they are all myths baby will only come when they are ready. I’m getting a membrane sweep on Wednesday hoping to get things moving. Try be patient!! If it’s your first baby most probably wont come before 40 weeks

The best way to get your body going is to stay very active. Walking, sex, cleaning, just being active. I know the end is super uncomfortable and you're tired and the energy isn't always there but do what you can do. Of course, don't over do it.
