It says I started my period but I did not how do I tell it I didn't start?

Glow or any other period tracking app is never a positive guarantee that your period is going to start EXACTLY on the day it says. It's simply a piece of technology. Only your body knows. But it's entirely normal if you're a little "late" or a little early compared to what Glow tells you. Don't rely simply on the app. It is just that: an assistance tool.

Go to your period log and you can push the date out!
