Do kids get sent home if they can’t stop crying at preschool/school?

My daughter is 3, turning 4 in a couple months and has never interacted with kids, except once she played with another girl her age and it went fine, about 6 months ago. However, due to her shyness from this she often gets scared of other kids at parks, etc. I’m a SAHM and we have no other kids in our neighborhood, family, and due to a long list of circumstances she just hasnt been around children much. We finally can afford daycare and want to start her off 2-3 days a week once she turns four (I’ll be done with my college program then, right now we pay my grandmother to watch her when I’m in class). The only thing I’m scared of is if she starts crying (sometimes when she has a bad cry she even starts breathing rapidly sometimes, but can be calmed down with offering to play, etc) are they going to automatically send her home if she doesn’t stop after an hour? Or are they used to this kind of thing? I really want her to like school.
