How to deal with sleep deprivation?

Hi ladies,

I’m just curious if you have any advice of dealing with the constant sleep deprivation/ exhaustion of being a working mom. I have two kids under 3, work 45 hours a week ( it’s a very stressful job and I can’t quit unfortunately) and besides taking care of the house I also go to school part time. I’m constantly stressed and on average sleep about 4-5 hours a night since my younger kid wakes up a lot.

How do you ladies deal with the lack of sleep and constant stress of tacking care of the family and work?
