Is it bad to have soft stools and upset belly during third trimester?

Im 32 weeks and I’ve been having an upset belly plus the poos, is that something to be concerned about?

Unfortunately alot of women go threw the first trimester again in the third 😔 36 weeks loose bowls nausea and even some vomiting for me 🙃🙃 itll be okay. Just stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if youre concerned.
