Thoughts on Raspberry Leaf Tea?!

I’m giving it a go at 32 weeks, but curious on people’s experiences/thoughts.

I started drinking a cup a day at 32 weeks as well - I’m 34 weeks and haven’t gone into labor yet 😂 I don’t believe this stuff sends you into labor. Just strengthens the uterus muscle to make your contractions more effective when labor actually starts.

I’m 34 weeks and I had one cup yesterday and one cup today. And yesterday and today I’ve been having cramps/braks hics and now I’m wondering if it’s from the tea...

I ordered it from amazon and I’m 32 weeks. Soon as it gets here I’m drinking a cup a day 😊

I think it helped with my first but would not reccomend having it everyday till 34 weeks and 2 times a day at 36 weeks it does cause Braxton hicks just be cautious of that

I wanted to drink it but my doctor advised against it until 37 weeks because I already have an irritable uterus and get too many contractions.

It doesn’t induce labor. Just apparently helps with the contractions when they start. 
I drank it last time with my first pregnancy and still had a 25 hour labor

Making some now.  I also don’t think it will induce labor.  Could contribute if the timing is right and you drink a lot of it and make it super potent 🤷🏼‍♀️

I started drinking it at 39 weeks with my first and walking daily. He came right on his due date. I think it was more the walking than the tea but who really knows?

I asked my doctor about this... she insists it doesn’t do anything. But I drank a crap ton of it last pregnancy and I plan to drink a lot this time, just in case 😊
