It’s a personal preference. I absolutely love my Boppy nursing pillow, I didn’t care for the breast friend pillow at all, I found it too stiff and the part that wraps around was uncomfortable.

Wasn't a fan of the boppy, something with a flatter surface on top would have been better like the my breast friend.

I like both but use my boppy more. The boppy is quicker to place around me when my son is screaming is head off and wants to eat. The breastfriend takes more time because I have to buckle it and it’s hard to do that while holding a baby. It’s good for night time feeds though if you want to nurse in bed.

HATED the Boppy. I’m tiny and the Boppy NEVER fit around me nicely. It was so uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about My Brest friend but we have a boopy and we’ve been really happy with that. We also use it for tummy time.
