Heavy period problems

So this morning I woke up and went to the bathroom to change my pad.... IVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH BLOOD IN MYY LIFE!! I use always ultra thin overnight pads the 4t size and it was filled top to bottom with blood. In some parts of my panties there’s just big blotches of blood around the pad. What else can I use?
