It’s my partner’s birthday next week and I’m currently 5 weeks. We planned ages ago to have some friends round for drinks, it usually turns in to drink games etc.

I don’t want to tell them that I’m pregnant yet as we have had a couple of losses and I don’t want to jinx it. They will ask if I am pregnant though if I’m not drinking, I can’t say that I’m on medication or don’t feel well.

What non alcoholic drinks are safe during pregnancy? I saw that non alcoholic beer can still contain 0.5% alcohol in them.
