Unlikely but I wouldn’t say Impossible. That’s why most doctors wait to do an ultrasound because it freaks people out when they can’t see/hear anything yet

It's possible, but depending on the machine it might not show up until closer to 7 weeks, so please don't be concerned if you don't see it that early.
