Anyone use Vitex or Fertilaid

Wanting to try to find something to help me regulate ovulation.  I have a long cycle and don't ovulate until around CD 21 and have a long LP. I'm trying to find a way to make O happen a little sooner in my cycle. Anyone tried either of these? Thanks ladies!
