Twin line progression

I did an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> this month with 3 follicles and I got a positive test. I’m 12dpo and it’s pretty dark, am wondering if maybe I could be pregnant with twins! Does anyone pregnant with twins have pics of their line progressions? This is my test from this morning.
