I just got my baby shower/ maternity photos dress and it is fitted so what can i order or buy to wear under it so it looks good... not just regular underwear right??

I bought a bunch of maternity spanx off amazon and they are a godsend. Underwear became super uncomfortable for me very quickly and I wear a lot of dresses for work, so I just wear the spanx all the time. They also support my belly a bit.
