Sex Pain😭

Okay so the past three days my pelvic  area hurts horribly after and during sex. Even when my SO goes easy it still hurts. It feels like cramps but the pains are much worse than period cramps. They have me in tears and begins to make me feel sick if I don't  sit in a hot bath in order for them to slowly go away. Does anyone know what it could be??? Or has anyone had a similar thing happen to them???
