My cervix is the highest I’ve ever felt it and it’s open— fertile or not?

I have lots of thoughts about cervical position because mine is truly something. It usually goes higher right up until I actively start bleeding then sits about medium. It’s high during ovulation but before my period so far it goes even higher than ovulation. Always makes me think I may be pregnant. Not sure if I’m just a one of though
