Letrozole and BFP?

I started taking 2.5 mg of Letrozole 1 time daily for 10 days (currently on day 6) then i go in and have an ultrasound after that as long as everything looks ok with my follicles i will get a trigger shot (ovidrel) then just have timed intercourse. Just curious if anyone has had any success stories or has done anything along this kind of treatment? Please share. I don't wanna get my hopes up that it will work 1st time around but part of me just can't help it.
