Miserable

I have a 6 month old baby boy who I love dearly, this last Saturday I went through a miscarriage, I am absolutely devastated. I thought it was just a clot so I flushed it down the toilet, but as the day grew I knew the cramps I was feeling the past few days weren't normal so I went to hospital and they confirmed it. I am extremely devastated. I don't know how to deal or cope with this and I feel like I don't have a right too as I didn't even know I was pregnant.
