Do you compare your BBT charts across your monthly cycles?

The Glow premium option offers the “Cycle Overlay” option. Just wondering if it’s worth it to compare month to month. Thanks!!

I do because I can, but it doesnt give you any valuable information. Like at all.
Each cycle is going to be unique, so theres really no sense in doing the overlay. Just because most months your luteal phase temps stay evenly elevated, then get one where you steadily increase doesnt help you identify pregnancy.
In terms of ovulation, it's the same thing. You cant look back at other cycles, you can only look at the one you're in. So imo, it's cool to see your patterns but doesnt really help you identify ovulation or pregnancy
