I just wanted to know if there was any other moms having a hard time totally giving up the occasional cigarettes. I'm one who has tried to give it up even when not pregnant and it was really hard to do, but sense being pregnant I've really cut back alot and try to just have an occasional cigarette to help get me through. I know many people are like that's the worst thing ever u should be damned. But its a struggle.

I just ask no negative comments, mainly want this for those who are still struggling, and postive comments what helped you for those whom accomplished quitting.
