Help me get pregnant 🤰🏻

My fiancé is in the military & will be home Saturday. Ladies I need some help, tips, and tricks!! All he has ever talked about is having children. I have pcos and was just wondering if there are any vitamins that could help or what did you use to get pregnant!?
