Baby or not!? Hubby is undecided

So im 23 my husbands 26.. We have been together since 14 and 16. We had our first daughter when i was 18 and then our 2nd at 21. Both were def not planned. As we both were young and he has been working hard on his career . well my youngest is 2 and my oldest is 5. He is a plumber and makes great money we bought our first home and car before my 2nd. Im a stay at home mom. And mt first is in kindergarden. And wr finally tied the knot legally in april. So latley i just have been wanting so badly to have my last child. Were married life seems good and i want my children close in age and it would be our first planned and married. Abs my husbanda so flip floppy one min he does and next min he doesnt and he knows i had mirena removed 2 months ago i bought condoms which god we haven't used since forever and he still wont use them. So im just like feeling like im in a position where if i did become pregnant if he would be supportive or like panic like the first 2. Scarry but i do want a baby it would bw my last and he would get snipped
