Breakup or make up

My boyfriend of 9 months of dating wont have sex with me , what should i do ? It goes on for weeks we would do it but it wouldnt last long , sometimes he stops in the middle of sex, im so depressed and unhappy! He says things like “i only car about sex , and that he’s not in the mood,” is this what it supposed to be like in a relationship because i have needs and they aren’t being met, i need advice honest advice because i know my worth and i want a man thats gone make love to me , i shouldnt have to ask for sex, right? Even if i do ask it shouldnt be a problem right? I feel inloved you guys and i just want to find happiness and peace
