Is period sex wrong?

I have had sex with my boyfriend whilst on my periods a couple time. I have found that it hurts more, can be messy and doesn't always make me feel very confident. I have sex so he is happy and I don't have a problem with it because I enjoy most of the time but afterwards I always feel gross or that it's something we shouldn't do, is the way I'm feeling just because it's wrong?

If you can find a way to enjoy it, it can be really beneficial.
My SO and I have sex in the shower when I have my period so there's not a lot of mess to clean up afterwards.
I find the first few days I don't feel like it though because I have some pretty hectic cramps.
But at the end of the day if neither of you enjoy it when the river is red, that's up to you 😊

Honestly it's no big deal. If you guys are comfortable together it's no prob. And it's an excuse to get in the shower together after! Having sex on your period can even relieve cramping which is amazing. If your period isn't extremely heavy then it won't be messy!

Personally i wish my boyfriend wpuld lay me on my period but since it does tend to be kind of messy im too afraid to ask... But i mean if yours is cool with it i say go for it

I'm always more horny when I'm on my period. We just have sex in the shower so there isn't much mess to clean up haha he doesn't care - he's getting laid ahaha

I'm the same I normally have sex on my period but that's because mine arnt Heavy, but I just do it to please him because it's not as enjoyable for me but I think it's normal, and I feel dirty afterwards so I always have wipes or go in the shower
