Is it okay to eat the turkey and cheddar lunchables ? 😩

I’ve been loving the bologna ones 😭 everything is fine with baby. I do always feel a little guilty after eating them bc it’s not the healthiest but it’s good for a snack in a pinch.

You should be ok if you can heat up the meat to where it’s steaming. I’m sure the listeria risk is low though so I wouldn’t fret if you already ate it!

I’ve ate ham and cheese lunchables since the start of my pregnancy and my wee babe is doing great! I asked my midwife as well and she said that there wasn’t a problem (it was the only thing I could stomach at 8/9 weeks).

I wouldn't.  Mostly because if I'm gonna take the chance I'd want to chance it on something that tastes good.  So, personal preference😆

It's probably ok the chance of listeria is higher in other foods and produce.

I wouldn’t eat the turkey, just because I’d rather be safe than sorry but I mean, the cheese is delicious and I’ve bought them just for that 😅

Different people will say different things, but it really depends on how diligently you are avoiding listeria. My Drs would say only if you freeze it for 48 hrs first to ensure all contaminants are killed. 
Personally, not worth the risk. I eat especially clean for 9 months.
