So I went today for a viability ultrasound on my baby. I’m currently 7w4d but only measured 7w0d. There is a 3cm cyst on my left ovary, that the tech and my OB don’t seem to overly concerned about. But I have a friend who has miscarried twice due to a cyst rupturing early in her pregnancies. Around the exact gestational time I am in. I’m curious as to what other mommas can tell me, if they’ve experienced this kind of cyst. I’ve looked it up and it says it’s rare that this kind of cyst ruptures but I’m still worried. I’ve had a very stressful last 10 days and now I’m worried about this. Certain personal problems have made it hard for me to be excited for this baby and just when I think I can be I’m faced with this. Can anyone offer some advice or words of comfort?
