So, I was listening to a sleep, anxiety reducing hypnosis guide on YouTube and started thinking...not the point of a sleep hypnosis I know..working on it after I post this..so my question is do any of you know anything about infertility hypnosis? Wondering myself about how stress might be affecting my ability to conceive..there are 2 ladies in YouTube that speak of this..and the success rates of couples concieving by using hypnosis to relax..and teach the mind to relax..just like training your muscles..is inspiring?or makes me think maybe stress is keeping me from becoming a mom again..I cannot stop my work which is a stress..or put a stop to stress but maybe hypnosis or meditation I guess would benefit..has anyone reduced stress and become pregnant shortly thereafter? And how lol?
