Losing the people I care about the most

Since the time i got depression and anxiety AND an eating disorder my biggest fear is being all alone with just me and my thoughts. 
If people take my phone away or force me to have it somehwere i cant have it i get anxious and i start panicking just cuz i have experienced how cruel your own mind can be. When i go to sleep i always have a yt video on cuz otherwise im alone and i just wanna have the idea someone is with me or something i can listen to.

I put being misunderstood as it’s the most relatable for me how ever being left alone in space sounds pretty terrible

Painful illness, because I have one of those and know what fate awaits me when it progresses.
