I'm reading so many posts about 13 year olds being worried about being pregnant. I'm 19 and lost my virginity 4 months ago. Why are they so eager to grow up. They're going to regret this if they don't already. I feel so bad for them.

I wanted to wait till the legal age of 16 but lost it about 2 days before hand and I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think me and my partner were going anywhere but we are sooooo I'm happy with who I done it with and when I done it. i live in canada and its legal to have sex from the age of 12 as long as your partner is within a 2 year age difference up until youre 16. i lost my virginity at the age of 15 and it sure as hell wasnt to "fit in" or to get a guy to like me. it was with a guy i was with for a very long time and someone that I trusted, and loved, and im still with him to this day. just because you waited longer than others doesnt mean it isnt right that they did it earlier than you and doesnt mean that they did it for all of the wrong reasons. dont judge people based on their personal decisions is all im saying, especially if you dont know the situation.

I'm 19 and I lost mine at 16 and I regret it and wish I waited longer I also got my first kiss that year and Dident know about sex until like 7th grade. I was just rushed into everything so late but I defiantly think you should wait because finding some one to be with doesn't need to involve sex

I agree that some girls are really young. But it's all about outlook. I could argue as a 22 year-old virgin that you're too young, too. It's kind of scary. And technically illegal. But it's about educating them to be safe, not judging.

OMG I know! On these forums I see girls that are SO young who talk about how many people they've already had sex with. Not trying to put them down or anything, but DAMN ya'll you're too young. I didn't even think about having sex until high school.

People are different, I'm 15, I've lost it, not really a big deal tbh, maybe the person they lost it with is nice. Don't exactly judge them for being young. I mean okay yeah they're what 13? But if they wanna fuck someone then okay but be safe and use protection. If there's a problem with that then I dunno someone should of taught them the consequences about sex before it started to come to mind. Which I think is like year 6-7.

Also I don't think people should blame being exposed to mature things early, I've known about sex since year 3-4, I didn't try to fuck anyone at that age 😂 I knew about it but waited since it was my choice to.

I lost my virginity when I was 13 so in 8th grade. I'm now 17 and regret that decision more than anything in the world. Please don't lose your virginity because you "love" a guy or because everyone else is. Wait until you are ready. I don't care who you are you are NOT ready when you are 13 or 14.

I spend most of my days behind my desk at work handing out forms to girls to fill out for a pregnancy test/morning after pill/ condoms etc. I work in a sexual health clinic for under 25's. I still go home, after 2 years working there, with a baffled head wondering how girls as young as 12 are sexually active. I waited until I was 17 to get into a relationship and sex scared me. Anyway cut long story short I'm 20 years old now and I have an almost 2 year old little boy. Me and my first boyfriend are still completely smitten with each other. It's upsetting how the generation is changing 😕
