I took it all the way through and continued to take it after birth. The stuff in the prenatal vitamins are very helpful if you're breastfeeding. And I actually never stopped taking them, since we started ttc for our second baby a couple months after I stopped breastfeeding. My GP said that prenatal vitamins are good to take, even when you're not pregnant. Even she was on them for years after she was done having kids.

ive took pregnacare all through and the midwife said continue to take until i give birth i also took another folic acid with it up until 12weeks x
