Flange size

I am using a 24mm breast shield and it is quite a bit more uncomfortable on my right side than my left. I also don’t pump near as much out of my right as I do my left so I was beginning to wonder if I need a smaller shield size on this side. This is how much of my nipple is pulled through while pumping. Thoughts??
