Just wondering cause I am and my friend who also had a antérieur placenta also had boys !

Not necessarily. Its just a theory that placenta placement determines gender but its not scientifically proven.

Placenta placement has no effect on baby’s gender. 
First pregnancy was a posterior. Boy. 
Second was anterior. boy. 
Third was anterior. boy
Currently pregnant with twin. Baby A is an anterior placenta. Boy. Baby B is a posterior placenta. Girl.

Interesting! I am having a boy and so is my friend and we both have anterior placentas too. Didn’t think of it as baby gender specific
