Help!

So my fertile window closed two days ago and my boyfriend and I decided to have unprotected sex all weekend. Everything was good and we’ve had sex many times since we’ve been together a year and a few months, but I noticed that I was bleeding when I would go to the bathroom and wipe after peeing. It wasn’t a heavy flow, but it was enough to make me wear a pad today. I don’t know what’s going on. My period isn’t supposed to start till 10 days from now. Any advice or similar experiences would be helpful!!
