Intermittent fasting
I’ve been thinking about trying intermittent fasting. I work nights so 345-930/1030 and wake up around 11am/12pm. I’m not usually hungry in the morning but I’m trying to figure out this whole 16/8 thing.
I need advice and any tips or tricks to stay on track. I also plan to start exercising. I’ve gaine 12 pounds since spring and I want to be healthier weight.
For reference I’m 5’4” and weight 220 pounds.
