In my head?

I have a 22month old and a 5 month old...both boys. 💙 so in love. First was on purpose (after a miscarriage) and the second was the happiest accident there has ever been. I’ve been feeling dizzy and having headaches for a few days and I realized I’m late again... I took a test... is it just me or is there a line there...
