Do you walk or exercise most or every day?
Realized today I wasn’t getting any exercise in at all and I’m 17w2d. I figured better start getting used to it now before I neglect it all together. I’m starting with walking outdoors 30 minutes every other day as I’ve never exercised before. Hoping my hubby can help me since he’s a workout junkie. It’s a bit hard walking in AZ when it’s so hot, but today seemed warm at least.
