I wouldn't. I know a lot of women do get their boyfriends one when they receive one, or when they get engaged. I don't even expect my boyfriend to wear his wedding ring most of the time. He is a carpenter, and also works on cars and our house in his spare time. We have both seen crazy accidents involving tools or something getting caught on the rings and not ending very well... so it only would go on when he gets home or on weekends/days off. I don't see anything against getting one, it's just not something I would do at this point
