Ladies I'm 5 days late. I have pcos but I started keto last year and have had a normal cycle since. I've been taking opks monthly, for about 2 years. Well I noticed I'm 5 days late and half the day seem to have fertile [egg white] cm where as the other half of the day its lotion like. I didn't want to disappoint myself with a negative test so I was like screw it let's take an opk, see what it says. Normally I have to wait about 3 minutes on my positive opk test but these 2 I just took this evening came up blazing positive on opk in 3 seconds flat. Has anyone experienced this?
